Freshly made with organically grown, sleep inducing herbs: Hops, linden flowers, chamomile, & lavender mixed with calming, meditative frankincense, clary sage & bergamot pure essential oils.

Instructions for using this sleep sachet:

* Slip inside pillow case to aid sleep

* Scent lasts roughly 1 month once opened.
