The first time we tried Masala chai tea was at a festival in a chai tea tent. It was a revelation. Delicious and restorative, we were hooked.
After trying to repeat the experience at home, we realised that it's pretty impossible with just a teabag bought from any brand you can find at the supermarket, so we decided to try to blend our own using whole organic spices.
After many attempts we eventually came up with a blend that we felt fulfilled our expectations, spicy and warming. A blend of Indian Assam estate tea, green cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, star anise, black pepper & cloves.
We hope you enjoy it as much as we do !
